Lubricating Telektra Brass Music Rolls
By Dave Krall

Originally oiled from the factory, now the oil is either dried up
or gummy. I can clean the old oil off the brass with naphtha, but what
weight or type of oil might they have used originally?

I thought of Singer sewing machine oil, but it's too expensive in
those little 2-ounce bottles. I want to get a quart of what would be
best.
