Automatic Musical Instrument Collectors' Association (AMICA) is devoted to the restoration, distribution and enjoyment of musical instruments using perforated paper music rolls and perforated music books.

The Musical Box Society International is dedicated to the enjoyment, study, and preservation of automatic and mechanical music instruments.

L'Association des Amis des Instruments et de la Musique Mécanique (AAIMM) is a collector organization based in France. Web page in French, English and German.

The Player Piano Group is a non-profit making organization for enthusiasts of player pianos and related instruments. Based in the United Kingdom, the PPG has members worldwide.

Kring Van Draaiorgelvrienden is the Dutch Society for the Preservation of fair organs, street organs, dance hall organs, orchestrions and other automatic music instruments; their history and development and their present situation. Page is in Dutch, English and German.

The Fair Organ Preservation Society is an international organisation dedicated to promoting fairground organs and other mechanical music instruments.
