Standard Dutch MIDI organ book development: Jan-Kees de Ruijter, Tom Meijer and Hans van Oost. Most Dutch music arrangers use this standard MIDI organ scale to arrange both melody and countermelody-sections of nearly all straat organs, fair organs and band organs. We use Windows MIDI mapper under Windows 3.x and IDF-editor under W95 to make the arrangements and play it back. We use CAL-programs to convert the arrangements from this scale to all other formats. italic: trombones and counter-melody, reg=register (free), normal: basses, accompaniment & melody. For reference here and there Hertz-numbers were added, and treble and bass keys) The "reg" numbers actually are free numbers; they can be used for other drums and traps etc.
