Hi! Just wanted to let all our MMD members know about the new books out!
1) "DRAAIORGELS" - great for band-organ/fairground organ lovers! LOTS of great pictures, with English captions; each chapter has an English summary. 6 pgs. of full color pictures, with lots of b/w pics on almost every page! Hardcover, $48.50 + pstg.
2) "KLANGKUNST" - catalog from the exhibition '200 Years of the Music Box', held in Switzerland in 1996. Not available in English, but profusely illustrated in color & b/w, 246 pgs. Pictures of the inside workings of all pieces, as well as the gorgeous cases! AND it comes with a Compact Disc recording of many of the pieces in the exhibit! Book & CD, $72.50 + pstg.
3) 200th Anniv. Commemorative STAMPS from the Swiss Post Office. Four different stamps mounted on heavy paper with description of each stamp in 3 languages (French, German, Italian). Beautiful full color, crisp detail. Card with stamps is mounted on 9" x 12" matboard, ready to frame! Great gift idea! only $12.00 + pstg.
