MMD Editorial Practices
By Mark Van Essen

Jody, Robbie and members: I appreciate the effort and time put into this digest by Jody and Robbie and I enjoy the comments made by them because it makes the digest feel like a "discussion" rather than a series of lectures. It makes me feel more comfortable, welcome and part of a group. Also, their comments tend to "invite" responses, which not only help the author but others as well. I have never made a valuable contribution because I am not qualified to do so. Therefore, I cannot look at this subject from a contributors point of view, but only from the point of view of an eager student.
