Removing Cellophane Tape
By Dean Randall

Greetings all, With all the combined knowledge out there, has anyone a good suggestion on how to remove cellophane tape (what we used to call Scotch tape before the invisible variety came on the market) from a music roll?

The _entire_ right edge of this Ampico roll was "repaired", without even straightening out the folded-over bits, with 1/2 inch cellophane tape. It has not yet become crispy enough to fall off, nor has it fused everything together.

This is a fox trot roll and my world will not end if I can't repair it, but still, I would like to if I can.

Any ideas? (other than waiting until someone re-cuts the piece?)
