"Band Box"

In the MMD 06-03-97 Jerry Slonsky asked if anyone had any leads to a
"Band Box" that might be for sale.  I personally don't know of one, but I
am a member of Jukebox Collector and in the June issue there is a
business card ad which reads:

    Chicago Coin's
    BAND-BOX
      *Restorations
      *Reproductions
      *Sales
