I was not by any means condemning the method of using a Vorsetzer per
se, I am however, disappointed with Wodehouse' pianola playing technique
and possibly with the restoration job on the vorsetzer in question (Wind
motor sounds jerky to me!)

I'll also have to admit that the editors' arbitrary changing of the
subject line to "Vorsetzers & Disklaviers" or whatever has me a little
miffed. I was talking about the Wodehouse recordings and nothing more.

And No, I have not been brainwashed by Doug Henderson!! ;-)

 [ Editor's note:
 [
[ The Archives of the MMD are indexed by the text in the "subject" line
[ since we don't, as yet, have a fully functional search engine. Robbie
[ and I try to guess in advance what keywords people might be using
[ to search for related material. Sometimes we unwittingly spoil a good
[ joke, and sometimes we just don't get the point. I'm hoping to have
[ a fully functional search engine up by this Christmas. In the meantime,
[ please accept our apologies if we guess wrong!
