Edmund Gram Piano House, Milwaukee

Dear MMDers,  I have a Link model AX orchestrion which also has an
Edmund Gram, Milwaukee, decal on the fallboard.  Can anyone tell us
about this?  I assume that Edmund Gram was a big music dealer in that
area in the 1920s.
