Vacuum Cleaner Stretched the Pouches
By Peter Coggins

Hi, In response to Sam's question about vacuum cleaners clearing out
tracker bars, I used this method for quite a while on various players,
particularly Amphions, with no bad effects at all, *until* I tried it
on my Aeolian. After I did it all the valves went clunky; I assumed
the pouches got stretched to much under suction which caused a bigger
gap in valve actuating.

Well that was a couple of months ago now and its just got back right
again. So... I don't do it anymore. Maybe it would be OK if I used
a lower setting but I don't feel like trying it again. I'll just use
the proper pump.
