Manual for Conn Strobotuner

For Mike Haydon:  There is a web site that has the manual that you want.
I lost all of my bookmarks recently so can't give it to you right now
but there is a down-loadable and printable manual for the Strobotuner.
I downloaded a copy of it a few months ago.

Try looking for Conn through Yahoo.
