Julian Burke inquired about buying a Regina 15 1/2" or larger music box
for $1500-2000. I'm afraid those are the good old days. A nice double
comb 15 1/2" Regina will go for $3000-5000 at auction today, even higher
for Reginaphones or consoles or a few short bedplate models. Of course
there is always the hope of a poorly attended auction or finding a
"little old lady", but with the internet and all people are a lot better
informed today than they were just a few years ago.
