Lochman Original #200 Disk Operated Piano

I would like to submit the following request to the members of the MMD.

A friend of mine is looking for some pictures and a tracing  of the
glass in the, single, door of his Lochman Original #200 Disk Operated
Piano.  He would also like pictures of and possibly a tracing of the
top gallery.  The instrument is pictured in the upper left hand corner
of page 117 of Dave Bowers Encyclopedia of Automatic Musical
Instruments.

Thanking all of the members of the MMD in advance for thier cooperation
on this project. Please reply to the list and to me directly.
