FS: Chickering Ampico in Portland OR
By Bill Momsen, forwarded

Hi -- I was referred to you by John Tuttle. I have a problem.

I need to locate a buyer for a ca. 1927 Chickering baby grand in
semi-art case with an Ampico "A" before the end of February. Although
I am in Florida, the piano is in Hillsboro, Oregon (near Portland).

I have found some piano dealers there, but none of the listings say
anything about players. The Ampico has been completely rebuilt,
including new gold plating, and both it and the piano are in excellent
condition.

Got any ideas? Thanks!

Bill Momsen

[ MMDers already have put Bill in touch with Portland player tech Larry
[ Fisher, and told him of Moe's Pianos in East Portland, a 50-year-old
[ store which has several players on the floor. -- Robbie
