Strohber Nickelodeon
By Don Teach

Unfortunately the old Strohber nickelodeon is not an original coin
operated piano but a build-up. Good luck to the owner.

To my knowledge no original old coin piano was made with the spool
frame above the pedals, nor were any made with plastic parts. These
are usually a product of a company in California. Many of these are
sold as original old nickelodeons which they are not. These California
made pianos seem to have a reputation for not holding up very well.
