Dealing with Overseas Customers

I wonder if the problems are related to the goods and the experience
of the buyer?  I would guess that most buyers at the eBay auction are
novices (bidding on anything), whereas most collectors of piano rolls
and sheet music and phonograph records have many years of experience
with international commerce.
