Unknown Song Identification
By Phil Dayson

Robbie, I hope this is not too off topic to be sent out.

[ It's okay, MMD is about music too! :-) -- Robbie

Could someone out there in MMD land help me with a tune query? It is
certainly not important but is driving me crazy!

I am trying to find the name of a Victorian or perhaps 1920's song.
The chorus of the song is well known -- something in the style of
Hello My Baby or Oh You Beautiful Doll. The not well-known first verse
starts something like "I found her sleeping in the gutter"

Some knowledgeable person out there must know the answer. Thanks

Phil Dayson
