Seek Image of Large Mermod Tune Sheet

I wonder if anyone could help me out with a high resolution color scan
of a standard, large size, Mermod tune sheet (Bulleid No. 18 & Plate 11)
with tunes listed is okay.

I'm working on an 11-inch 10-tune box which is missing it's tune
sheet, not to mention it's lid!  I wasn't expecting too much from it
musically but, in the course of going over the mechanics (which I find
fascinating), I've grown rather attached to it.  I'd like to do
everything I can for it.
