Charging Fees for MMD

I look forward to and thoroughly enjoy reading and printing each issue
of MMD.  I also appreciate all the work put into MMD and the web site.
I cannot understand those people who read MMD and use the web site who
would not want to help support it.  I have no problem with $30 to help
cover the expenses.
