Mills Paddlewheel Jukebox
By Ed Kigler

What you have is a Mills "paddlewheel" jukebox manufactured between
1929-1936, for playing 78 RPM records. The early ones usually had
a 5-cent slot and the later ones a 5/10/25-cent accumulator.

Before plugging in the amplifier I would replace the electrolytic
capacitors which are probably dried out by now. A shorted cap could
do a lot of damage to the transformer and/or rectifier tube. Older
tubes are available on the Internet.

The speakers don't have permanent magnets, but are powered from the
amplifier and are part of the DC filter system. Be careful, all the
positioning switches are exposed and live at 115 volts AC.
