Seek Parts List for Regina Changer

Would anyone have or know where I could get a parts list & pictorial
guide for a Regina 12-disc changer?  This the same model featured in
the Bower's Encyclopedia.  The one I am working on will lift the disc
from the carriage to the play position, but then it allows the disc to
drop suddenly. It appears to be a part missing that I can't identify.
