Music for Halloween: "Danse Macabre"
By Jack M. Conway

To Robbie's suggested Halloween music I would like to add "Danse
Macabre" Ampico 54767-H, Saint-Saens, Trans. and Played by Theodore
Henrion.

Although there is no printed description on the roll it is not
difficult to hear the story unfold while listening. At the graveyard
you can hear the steeple clock strike twelve. On the stroke of twelve
you can hear the skeletons slowly rise from their graves. You can then
hear them dancing about until almost dawn. Just before dawn the
skeletons slowly return to their graves and all is quite again.
