Great bulletin board!  I've been lurking around for several months,
and have decided to finally post.

My wife and I are looking for a properly restored Steinway Duo-Art
reproducing piano.  While we'd prefer a small grand, our budget will
probably just barely allow an upright (preferably pedal pump and
electric).

How does one go about finding pianos like this for sale?  How much
should one expect to pay for such a beast?  If we buy an unrestored
piano, what's a rough idea of restoration costs and time, and how
difficult is it to find a rebuilder?  Most I've seen on the Internet
are on either the East or West Coasts.  How does one properly evaluate
a piano that's thousands of miles away?  Thanks.
