Upright Player Prices

Looks like we have another "live one" at Ebay:

What's disturbing to me is the link to me MMD web site.  Would you pay
$8500 for a Baldwin Modello? While I appreciate the amount of work that
appears to have been done on the instrument, I don't think it truly
reflects the market price of a fairly common (albeit restored)
foot-pumped upright player.  If so, then I think I should rethink my
asking price on my Stroud Duo-Art:   http://home.attbi.com/~echaban/
