Pinions For Musical Box Governors
By Phil Procter

Dear MMD members

Does anyone know who will supply me with both pinions without any
wheels attached, to fit musical box governors.

I have several to rebuild and unless someone supplies them, I will
have to buy cutters and make them myself. The wheels are not a
problem, as I have a hobbing machine and suitable cutters to produce
these.

I am working on the assumption that the 12 tooth one is 0.38 Module,
and the 10 tooth one is 0.32 Module. Unless anyone knows better, that
seems to be the sizes of about twenty that I have measured.

Thanks
Phil Procter (UK)
