Reuge Busker Organ ?

I just received a busker organ in the shop for repairs.  It plays
26 notes on 26 pipes.  The roll is 130 mm wide and the holes in
the paper are 3.6 mm in diameter.

It has Reuge on the front, but I wonder if they really made it.
