Mold on Hide Glue
By Bill Mackin

Hi. I've searched the Archives for hide glue articles, and I read
Craig Brougher's web site about it, but can't find anything telling
me how to eliminate or prevent mold on the surface of my hide glue.
I've used scrap sticks to remove the mold, but I'm sure that doesn't
get everything.

I'm afraid of using something like Lysol to kill the mold because it
might weaken the glue. Does anyone have any suggestions?
