Seek Video "Anyone Can Play a Honky Tonk Piano"
By wcmenke@aol.com

-- non-subscriber, please reply to sender and MMD --

Does anyone have a copy of the video "Anyone can play a honky tonk
piano", by Rusty Hudelson, that they want to sell, or can anyone tell
me how to find one? It has been permanently discontinued by Mel Bay.

I am also looking for a copy of "The Magichord Piano System" by Rube
Bloom and "Blues Breaks" by Art Shefte. Also, any materials by J.
Lawrence Cook would be highly appreciated.

Try putting a coat of varnish on the hammer felts. It gives the
honky-tonk sound and preserves a lot of the deeper resonances; worked
great for me.
