Musical Box Prop With Ratchet Winding Sound
By Ed Kigler

There is a noisemaker called a "grogger" used by Jewish children to
celebrate the "Feast of Lots" (Purim) next month. It is also available
to revelers on New Year's Eve. It costs under a dollar and would make
a loud ratchet noise if mounted on a wooden sounding board in a box.
A lever could be attached to the handle for ease of operation.
