Playing MIDI Files on PianoDisc Player System
By Spencer Chase

[Ref. 030301 MMDigest]

Greetings Keith -- PianoDisc requires a patch 0 (acoustic grand)
instrument definition in the file in order to play MIDI files. It also
needs to have all foreign characters removed from any MIDI text events
in order to play the music. Stupid, but this is one of the ways
PianoDisc makes it difficult to play music from sources other than
their own.

You will need to add this patch in a sequencing program as well as edit
out any foreign characters.

Best regards,
Spencer Chase
