Value of Jacot 10-tune Cylinder Musical Box
By Adrian Williams

-- non-subscriber, please reply to sender and MMD --

Can anyone advise me of an approximate value of a Jacot's patented
music box dated 1885, in good original condition and working order,
and can anyone comment on rarity?

The box has beautiful marquetry inlay and has the paper song list
inside the lid and measures around 18 long by 5 inches high by around
8 inches wide.

Also, any comments on reliability, maintenance problems and ease of
repair? Any help would be very greatly appreciated.

Thank you.
