Missing AMICA Bulletins

For those of you who subscribe to the AMICA magazine about mechanical
music machines:  If you did not receive your AMICA Bulletins in 2003,
it may be because I have several credit card authorizations with
signatures I cannot decipher.  Unfortunately, the postmarks were no
help in tracing down the people who wish to renew their membership.
