Ukrainian Song on "Surma" Piano Roll
By Larry Norman

I have a fantastic Ukrainian roll that would be wonderful to recut.
It is one of my favorite rolls and I played it in the AMICA pumper
contest in Sandusky, Ohio, a number of years ago.

Since my computer won't do Cyrillic characters, I had it translated
and the title is "Therefore its quiet on the Danube." So if anyone
would like to see it copied maybe we can do it also, along with the
Scandinavian rolls?

Musically
Larry Norman - from the Beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains of Virginia

[ Transliterated to Roman characters, the Ukrainian title on the
[ Surma roll label is "Tam za tikhim za Dunaem". Below that is
[ "Song from Ukrainian opera, copyright Sichowy Bazar". An image
[ of the roll label is at http://mmd.foxtail.com/MMMedia/Surma01.gif
