Seek Tune Change Lever for Barrel Organette
By Brian Walter

I must turn to MMDers for advice and guidance again! I have purchased,
and am in the process of restoring, a 27 note barrel-operated 5-tune
organette. The package came with two barrels with one of them matching
the numbers on the tune sheet and another one that is about two numbers
shorter.

It was a box of pieces, although most parts seem to be there. There
must have been some type of tune change lever that protruded through
the end of the box, but it is completely missing. The pumping bellows
(mounted on top) is there and in good shape, but the reservoir leathers
are completely gone along with any spring that might hold it open and
closed.

I would appreciate any help or direction, pictures or literature of how
the change lever and reservoir should be.

Thanks in advance,
Brian Walter, Muscatine, Iowa
