Seek Duo-Art Note Cutout Valve Blocks

My half Duo-Art Aeolian Weber player piano currently under restoration
is missing the left and right cutout blocks controlling the outermost
eight notes.  They have mysteriously disappeared.  Has anyone these for
sale or can give hints on how to make new ones?
