Rebuilding 1917 Story & Clark Pneumatic Stack
By Duaine Hechler

I am trying, and running out of patience fast, to finish my Story &
Clark player rebuild. Everything has gone well except for the valve
stack. I've gotten all the right parts from PPCo but still having
problems with leaking valves or valves not seating properly when
activated. The valve stack is the one that contains all 88 valves.
I am also rebuilding a "screwed" stack for a Gulbransen which is
going great.

Question: Can I "easily" adapt or put a Gulbransen valve/pneumatic
stack in my Story & Clark? Or is there a way to get the Story & Clark
valves working consistently without taking the whole darn stack apart
again? So far, I'm on my fourth time!

Thanks for any help,
Duaine Hechler
