Aeolian Company Papers and Documents

Hello,  Does anyone know if the Aeolian Company, especially the
pipe organ division, papers and documents are archived anywhere?

I am looking for information about Opus Number 1168 located
in Rock Island, Illinois and would like to find, at least, the
contract for the purchase of this instrument.
