Seek Musical Box Movement for Child's Rocking Chair

After exhausting all avenues, I thought maybe I can find an answer
on here.  I am looking for a child's rocking chair with the music
mechanism attached.  Actually, just the mechanism would be fine.

This was made back in the 1950's.  If anyone has any info on this,
I would truly appreciate it.  Am giving to my first grandbaby.
