Value of Yamaha Disklavier
By Don Teach

Concerning purchase of a Yamaha Disklavier: The dealer that actually
makes the sale is responsible for all maintenance. Any software
updates, repairs, or whatever, is only performed by the dealer that
sells the piano. If you buy one outside your area and have it
delivered, then you are on your own, so to speak, without service.

By the way, the Yamaha DC3Mark4 is unbelievable. We used a Yamaha
9-foot Disklavier in a Gershwin concert last spring. The symphony
players were very impressed with the piano and its performance. The
piano we used had been on tour with Alicia Keys.
