Roll Carrier Frame for 14-note Organette
By Brian Chesters

I have what I believe to be a rare mechanical organette roll frame.
It has one very large roll which has 18 popular tunes. The roll
is exactly 198 mm wide. The holes are 8 mm in width and there is
a 5 mm gap between the holes.

I think the organette sits in the middle of a 14-note "Draper" or
"English" Organette and you pull the long roll through. The frame
is oak. The roll is damaged, though, and I suggest that you can
put several more together and it will save you changing the roll.
The frame measures 27 X 11 inches.
