15-Note Paper Strip Musical Movement

Looking for holiday presents, I was unable to find the Sankyo
20-note paper strip movements here in the U.S., but I did find and
buy a sort of junior version, the "Mechanical Music Box Set",
a 15-note, Chinese-made music box movement.  It comes with one
pre-punched "Happy Birthday" tune, a punch and three blank strips.
