Silk Screening Images on Musical Box Discs

I have to get trophy plaques made every once in awhile, and I notice
that the suppliers have switched from engraving to some type of applied
paint or ink screened on to the brass.  I don't know what is involved
in the process, but these might be he best people to ask.
