FS: Weber Duo-Art Model FR 6-foot Grand
By Vincent Morgan

The following two instruments are available. Contact me for photos
and owner information.

(1) Weber Duo-Art 6' grand piano, model FR, ca. 1918. Totally
professionally rebuilt and refinished about 25 years ago, including
new pin block, new tubing (black), all pneumatics re-leathered, new
strings, refurbished action. Piano case, harp and bench refinished
from dark mahogany to light cherry closed glossy finished by AC
Pianocraft. Condition: very attractive, sound condition and playable,
needs tuning, action adjustments and regulation for optimal
performance. Documentation available. Located in Eastern Morris
County, New Jersey (25 miles west of Manhattan).

Terms: $10,500.00. Buyer responsible for moving. With collection of
about 80 piano rolls of which about 60 are Duo-Art. Terms negotiable.

(2) 2/6 tracker pipe organ (builder unknown). Currently located in
Eastern Morris county installed in a residence. Playable but needs
repair to leak in chest, tuning and adjustment to tracker rods (that
you would do anyway when moving). 6 ranks, ten draw knobs, 2, 61-note
manuals, 25 note pedal compass, swell pedal. Believed to be very late
19th or early 20th century. Builder unknown. Originally installed in
a church in Rockland Lake, New York. Removed and installed at present
location in 1963. Listed in OHS data base. "Buyer" moves, removes
organ and restores site (sheet rock 8x10 hole in interior wall or
equivalent coverage of cost). Terms: One dollar!
