Pell Busker Organ Problem
By Alan Pell

I was sorry to hear of your problem with the Pell busker organ,
Beatrice. I respond to all customer enquiries and problems, usually
within a day, and this is the first I've heard of this! The problem
you describe certainly sounds like low voltage. Even though you
bought a new battery, was it fully charged? If you can check the
voltage with a simple multimeter, with the organ switched on, it
should give a clue as to what's going on (or rather, not coming on!).

I suggest we continue the diagnosis by email contact and I'll be
pleased to help if you contact me at alan@alanpell.com.geentroep
[delete ".geentroep" to reply].
