FS: Welte-Mignon Player Piano in Canon, Georgia
By Clarence Zeches

I received a call today about a Welte-Mignon player piano that will
be in an estate auction around March 1st, in Canon, Georgia. It has
the French style legs and carvings, and is around a 6' grand. I will
be looking at this instrument next week to see what shape it is in.
I think they said there were over 100 rolls also.

The serial number is in the 71000s. From the Pierce Piano Atlas,
the Welte beginning number in 1920 was 69193, and 1924 began with
72000, so I am guessing the date at 1923.

I will post information after I have looked at the instrument. If
I can remember I will take my camera and get pictures. I am not
interested in purchasing the instrument myself. The auction company
is
