Photoplayer Census
By Steve Grattan

Hi everyone, I have a customer in Port Huron, Michigan that has
three photoplayers. I currently am restoring a Wurlitzer Style O
and a Style YU.

The YU was missing its stack but had the valve plates and old valves.
I took the O stack which came in hundreds of pieces and copied it,
except I made an 88-note stack in the same style using the old valve
plates which were very good. I will be testing that in the coming
weeks.

The other photoplayer is an American Style 40. That one comes in for
restoration after the two Wurlitzers are done.
