Sankyo 33-note Chromatic Paper Strip Movement

I'm particularly interested in the 33-note Sankyo paper strip musical
movement but I can't seem to find it anywhere.  I've found only the
20-note version at a few retailers in the United States.

Is there a wholesaler for either version, or a retailer for the 33-note
version?
