Seek MIDI Decoder Replacement for Octet UM2
By Glenn Thomas

I am in the middle stages of adding a non-invasive optional MIDI
control system to my Wurlitzer band organ. I've reached a critical
road block in the acquisition of a key part -- a MIDI interface that
uses the MIDI protocol and cables to communicate with a computer.
This part had been available as item UM 2 from the Midiator company
http://www.midiator.com/ but I've been unable to communicate with
this company for several months and need to seek alternatives.

I have the magnet valves to tee into the pipe chest, the SD MIDI
controller to run the software, and wires and connectors. I need
suggestions on where I might find interface alternatives that allow
two channels at 64 inputs on each channel.

For reference, see item UM 2, plus accessories screw terminal blocks
and cables on the site above.

Thanks much.
