Can You Identify This Pump?

I am hoping that someone here may know the origins of the pump assembly
pictured here:

It has leather-covered pneumatics and looks to me like an early, but
quite functional design.  Its owner and I would be very grateful for
any information regarding manufacturer, age, and the instruments that
this unit may have been designed for.  It is in need of restoration,
and will require a suitable motor, motor pulley, drive belt, and also
re-fabrication of the missing reservoir.

The owner has the intention of selling this item.  Should anyone
