Date of Triumph Autopiano
By William McKeown

My Triumph contains only one clue as to when it was made -- someone
had dated the piece they worked on sometime in 1919. David should
look at my postings and others to learn more about his piano. I have
a downloaded copy of the London maker's catalog of pianos that I could
share.

I could tell from one posting that the author had not noticed the
little block of wood tucked into a back corner of the piano -- it's
a pouch-type cutout to disable tracking during re-roll. I looks like
a junction block but it is much more!
